Focussing on Cyber Security and Critical Infrastructure Protection for Energy, Utilities and Telecommunications, this conference will look at understanding the threats and hazards that the industry faces, and will explore solutions with respect to mitigation, response, recovery, restoration and the need for public/private partnerships.

Keynote Speaker

• Dr. Stephen Flynn
  Author of The Edge of Disaster: Rebuilding a Resilient Nation (2007) and America the Vulnerable (2004). Mr. Flynn is the Homeland Security Advisor to Senator Barack Obama, and former adviser for the U.S. Commission on National Security (Hart-Rudman Commission). He also served in the U.S. Coast Guard for many years, rising to the rank of Commander.
